Kettle Restaurants
Global Communication Works completed a Restaurant Marketing Manual entitled “Recipes for Success” to create consistency of message and image throughout the Kettle chain. The Manual consists of ads, promotions, public relations plans and how-to’s for the franchisees and corporate store managers to implement marketing programs in their local restaurants. It also shows how to analyze their business, design a marketing plan suitable to their local market, how to do community outreach, hoe to combat competition, hoe to reach their “senior” and “kid” markets, and finally the manual gives them worksheets and evaluations, and graphic standards.
Global Communication Works designs and produces quarterly campaigns to be distributed to each location. Some of the campaigns have included: “Chicken Fried Steak” and “The T-Bone.” These retail, traffic generators include large window cling on decals, outside banners and newspaper ads.
